Your CRM should not cost more
than the people using it.
Most teams pay enterprise licensing for a fraction of the features. SwitchSave builds you a CRM that does everything your team actually does, migrates your data, and then hands you the keys — the servers, the data, and the code are yours. No license. No per-seat bill.

A complete, working CRM for a fictional equipment dealer — not a slide deck, not a video. Every screen is live and clickable.

catalog items
- A six-stage pipeline with owner scoping and a weighted forecast
- Quotes that render to PDF on the server from real catalog line items
- A territory map with every customer site plotted and shaded by rep
- Read-only by construction — the app connects with SELECT-only database grants
The arithmetic
Rent forever, or own it once.
At Salesforce Enterprise list pricing, 40 seats runs $79,200 a year — before add-ons, before an administrator, before consultants. And it renews. Every year. Forever.

What you owe SwitchSave after handover
$0
One project fee, then nothing. You own the software and the servers, so there is no license to renew and no seat count to grow.
You do keep paying for the servers themselves — typically $2,000–$5,000 a year , billed straight to your own cloud account. We are not going to pretend hosting is free. It is simply not $79,200.
The part that matters
You own it. All of it. Permanently.
This is the difference that outlasts the savings. Most vendors sell you a cheaper subscription — you are still renting, and the leverage is still theirs. We hand the whole thing over.
The servers are in your name
Your cloud account, your billing, your access. We never sit between you and your own infrastructure.
The data was never ours to hold
It lives in your database in open formats. Nothing to request, nothing to export, nothing held hostage at renewal.
The source code is handed over
With documentation. If you want to take it in-house or hire someone else entirely, you can, and we'll help with the handoff.
What you get
Everything you use. None of what you don't.
This is not a stripped-down product. Every workflow your team relies on gets rebuilt and verified against your current system — same capability, without the licensing model built for a Fortune 100 rollout.
Your records, structured your way
Accounts, contacts, pipeline, activities, custom objects. Built to match how your business actually works instead of how a template says it should.
Automation that survives the move
Assignment rules, stage gates, approvals, alerts. We rebuild what you rely on and retire what nobody has opened in two years.
Documents and signatures included
Generate agreements from record data and send them for signature. No separate per-envelope vendor sitting on top of your CRM bill.
Integrations that stay connected
Phone systems, email, accounting, e-sign, and internal tools wired in directly — not through a marketplace app with its own subscription.
Reporting without a specialist
Dashboards your team can build themselves. No report-type archaeology, no admin ticket to add one column.
Yours outright, not rented
The servers are in your account, the data is in your control, and the source code is handed to you. There is no seat count and no renewal, because there is nothing to renew.
Built in the US, by the person you talk to
Designed, built, and supported from Virginia. No offshore subcontracting, no overnight handoffs, and your data stays on US infrastructure you own.
How the switch works
Nobody loses a record and nobody works a weekend.
The reason teams stay on an overpriced CRM is fear of the move, not love of the product. So the migration is the part we over-engineer.
We map what you actually use
Read-only access to your org for a week. We inventory every object, field, automation, and integration — then show you which ones have been touched in the last 90 days. It is usually a much shorter list than anyone expects.
We build it and run it beside you
Your replacement gets built and loaded with your real data. Both systems run in parallel while your team works in the new one. Nothing is switched off until you say the new system is right.
You cut over, and it's yours
We time cutover to your renewal date so you never pay for both. The infrastructure is already in your name, the code and documentation are handed over, and your last per-seat invoice is your last one.
Run both systems side by side first.
We keep Salesforce and your new system in sync during the overlap, so your team can work in the new one while the old one stays live as a safety net. Nothing gets switched off on faith.

Questions
The ones that come up first.
What happens to our historical data?
All of it moves — records, related lists, attachments, and audit history. You also get a complete raw export in open formats that is yours to keep, independent of whether you continue with us.
What if we want to go back?
You can. Your data lives in your own database in open formats, and you hold a full Salesforce export from cutover. Avoiding lock-in is the entire point — it is the thing you came here to escape, so we are not going to recreate it.
Who supports it after launch?
Whoever you want. Most clients keep us on for changes and improvements, scoped to what they actually need rather than a mandatory subscription. Others take it in-house. Because you have the source code and the documentation, that is genuinely your choice and not a trap.
There's really no recurring fee?
None to us. You are commissioning software, not licensing it. Once it's handed over you owe us nothing on an ongoing basis. You will still pay for your own infrastructure, billed directly to your own cloud account — typically a very small fraction of what per-seat licensing costs.
Is this just a rebranded off-the-shelf CRM?
No. It is built for your process on a modern stack, and then it becomes yours. That is why it can drop the features you never used and the per-seat pricing that pays for them.
Where are you based, and who actually does the work?
Culpeper, Virginia. The work is done in the United States — there is no offshore subcontracting, and you deal directly with the person building your system rather than an account manager relaying to a team you never meet. Practically, that means overlapping business hours, a contract under US law, and your data hosted on US infrastructure in your own account.
How long does a migration take?
Most teams are running in parallel within four to six weeks and fully cut over inside a quarter. Complex multi-org setups take longer, and we will tell you that before you sign anything.
We have heavy custom Apex. Can that be replaced?
Yes. Custom code gets rewritten as part of the build — it changes the estimate, not the outcome. We scope it during the mapping week so the number you get is real rather than optimistic.
Salesforce list pricing referenced throughout is Enterprise edition at $165 per user per month, billed annually, as published on 2026-08-11.
