Pricing
You own it. There is no monthly bill.
SwitchSave is not a subscription. You are not renting software from us and you are not licensing seats — you are commissioning a system that belongs to your company when it's done.
One project fee
Quoted once, up front, split across milestones. Scoped to your system after we've actually looked at it.
Then nothing to us
No license, no per-seat charge, no renewal. Add a hundred people and you owe us the same amount: zero. You do pay your own cloud provider to run it — typically $2,000–$5,000 a year, billed directly to you.
You hold the keys
Servers in your account, data in your control, source code in your hands. We are not a dependency you have to keep paying.

Consultations are free, and pricing is scoped to you.
Every business runs its CRM differently, so a published price would be a guess. Book a call, walk us through what you have, and we'll tell you exactly what replacing it involves and what it would take.
What drives the number
The six things that move a quote.
So you can gauge roughly where you'd land before you ever get on a call.
How many people use it
Not for licensing — you pay us nothing per seat. It affects how many roles, permission sets, and workflows have to be designed around.
How much automation you actually rely on
Assignment rules, approvals, stage gates, and alerts get rebuilt. The mapping week tells us how much of what exists is genuinely load-bearing versus abandoned.
How many systems have to stay connected
Phone, email, accounting, e-signature, internal tools. Each integration is real work, and each one is scoped explicitly rather than bundled.
How much custom code is in your org
Apex triggers, Visualforce, Lightning components. Custom code gets rewritten, and this is usually the single biggest variable.
How clean your data is
Migration is straightforward when records are consistent. Duplicates, orphaned records, and years of free-text fields take longer to reconcile.
Where it runs
Your cloud account, your on-premise hardware, or infrastructure we help you set up and then hand over. Either way the account is in your name.
Always included
Never a line item.
Whatever the scope turns out to be, these are part of it.
- Full ownership of the software and the data
- Infrastructure in your name, not ours
- Complete Salesforce data migration
- Source code handed over
- Parallel run before cutover
- Team training
- Documentation for whoever maintains it next
Pricing questions
Before you ask.
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because we would be making it up. What a build costs depends on how much automation, custom code, and integration work is actually in your current system — and nobody knows that until we look. Publishing a number we'd have to walk back on the first call would waste your time and ours.
So how do I find out what it costs?
Book a consultation. It's free, it takes about thirty minutes, and you'll leave knowing roughly what your build would involve. If we need a closer look, the mapping exercise that follows produces a firm number.
Is there really no monthly fee?
None to us. You are not licensing software from us, you are commissioning it — once it's built and handed over you own it and owe us nothing recurring. What you do keep paying is your cloud provider, typically $2,000 to $5,000 a year depending on your data volume and traffic. That goes straight to them, in your own account, and we never touch it or mark it up.
Why doesn't SwitchSave just host it for us?
Because then you would be renting again. The moment the servers sit in our account, we control your access and your leverage disappears at renewal time — which is the exact problem you came here to solve. Keeping the infrastructure in your name is what makes the ownership real rather than a marketing line. We will happily set it all up for you; the account is just yours.
Then what stops the costs creeping back?
Nothing to creep. There's no seat count to grow, no edition to be upgraded into, and no renewal negotiation. Hiring twenty people changes your cloud hosting bill by a rounding error and changes what you owe us by nothing.
What if we want help after launch?
Plenty of clients do, and it's available — scoped to what you actually need rather than sold as a mandatory subscription. Some keep us on for changes and improvements, others take it in-house entirely. Both are fine, because you have the source code either way.
Do we pay everything up front?
No. Payment is split across milestones — mapping, build, migration, cutover — so it tracks work you can see finished.
Let's find out what yours would take.
A free consultation, no pitch deck. Tell us what your current system does and we'll tell you what replacing it looks like.
