Privacy policy
Last updated August 11, 2026.
SwitchSave, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with that information.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form we collect your name, work email address, company name, and any details you choose to include in the message field, along with the optional seat count and current CRM selections.
We also process a limited anti-spam signal set when you submit a form: your IP address and a verification token from Cloudflare Turnstile. These are used only to determine whether a submission is automated and are not retained after that check.
If analytics are enabled we collect standard aggregate usage data such as page views, referring site, and general geographic region. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
How we use it
Form submissions are emailed to us so we can respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, deliver the work. We do not add you to a marketing sequence, and we do not share your details with anyone outside the service providers listed below.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to run this site:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions and confirmations.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on forms.
Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept in our business mailbox for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
Write to ryan@switchsavecrm.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days.
Client data
This policy covers this website only. Data we process on behalf of clients under a services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
